Become a sponsor of the Bivalve Ball
Our annual fundraiser brings over 200 people together every spring at the Chilmark Community Center. Businesses who wish to sponsor the event can make a tax-deductible donation in the form of an auction item, refreshment, or general supporter.
All sponsors will be listed on our website and social media. Sponsors will also have their logos displayed on a banner at the event and bid sheets if it is an item for the silent auction.
In order to ensure the shellfish resources for the well-being of the island community, we need your help!
What can you do to help?
We are seeking tax-deductible donations in the form of goods, experiences, or services for our silent auction and raffles. Depending on your donation, we may group it with other like-items to create a themed bundle.
What do we give you in return?
With each donation, we will list your business’ logo or name on our website, social media, and signage at the event. For those who donate over $150 in value, we will give you two entry tickets to the fundraiser ($100 value).
