As our oyster larvae grow and the water warms up, checking our tanks for dangerous bacteria and other harms becomes essential. Here, Amandine checks our oysters under the microscope for a strain of Pseudomonas, a pink colored bacteria caused by a buildup of detritus and warmer temperatures. On Friday our oyster larvae will be 21 days old and ready for their next adventure!
