March 6, 2008- Spring Kick Off

It's that time of year again,we are gearing up for a busy and hopefully uneventful season.
Algae is growing, stairs are painted, pumps are rebuilt and on. Staff is hired and looks capable and motivated.
Today, the heat exchanger needs to be "rust reformed" and painted a nice cobalt blue.
Rick is still uncapacitated as the scar tissue in his knee is causing pain and swelling. He should be operational soon.
The shellfish constables of the towns of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Chilmark will bring quahog broodstock in the next couple of days for conditioning.
